The sun has been shining, Max is only in nursery 3 days a week and Scott has finished uni. This means that we can actually spend some time together as a family!

Yesterday morning we packed up a picnic rug, food and drinks and headed down to Hamworthy park to take a dip in the pool. It was freezing in the water but the boys seemed to love it and Max wasn't afraid of anything. 

It makes me realise how great living where we are is. That's not to say when we move to Portsmouth it won't be because infact they have pretty similar stuff there. Just thinking that the south coast can be beautiful when the sun decides to shine!

Hopefully we can keep those shorts on for a little bit longer.
