This year I am taking the plunge. I am taking part in NaNoWriMo 2013 in the hopes that I can finally get my story on paper (well onto a computer screen). I've spoken before about how much I really want to tell a story and I thought this would be the ultimate challenge to put the words out there. 

So what do I have to do? Well I need to write 50,000 words in the month of November. This is only a first draft. My characters are barely there and my plot line isn't the best. But we'll see how it goes. You don't win anything at the end apart from the satisfaction of knowing you won the month. You wrote something down. 

Scott's joining me this year by doing a script this month and I have a couple of friends taking part so why don't you join in?
