Having been a bit of a gluten free foodie, I love it when I come across a product that really gets me excited. Luckily for me I found a great gluten free alternative so I can enjoy pizza nights with the boys!

In rolls Udi's Gluten Free, they have an amazing range of gluten free alternatives to suit everyones needs. We've already devoured their box cake mixes and their version of pop tarts. So when I saw that there was a pizza base box mix I jumped at the chance to buy it. 

It's just as easy to make as any other pizza base mix. It took me moments to whip together and I part baked all the bases so that it was easier for Max to decorate. We fired them up with chunks of ham, strips of mozzarella and a massive dollop of tomato puree. After about 8 minutes in the oven it was all done.

Let me tell you that I'm never suffering by eating a normal pizza again now I've found this gorgeous gluten free alternative. A thin and crispy base with a good amount of chew still was the perfect blend! Onwards and upwards and hurrah for gorgeous gluten free treats!
